Ultrasound
Ultrasound is
a safe and non-invasive examination which uses high frequency
sound waves to produce images of tissues in the body.
Ultrasound can examine
regions such as pelvis and the abdomen which include the
gallbladder, liver, pancreas, spleen and the kidneys, urinary
bladder and the aorta. Other regions such as thyroid, scrotum
or shoulder can also be examined.
In ImagingMed, highly skill
demanding specialty examinations such as cardiac and vascular
studies are also performed. They include echocardiogram,
stress echocardiogram, carotid Doppler studies, renal Doppler
studies, upper and lower limb arterial or venous Doppler studies.
